Q : "Does Desiderata hire teachers? Do you have any positions open?"
A : "Desiderata contracts experienced instructors as Sponsors. Although we do not have any immediate openings, we are always on the lookout for remarkable people with a strong desire to work with students and assist them in the achievement of their goals. Q: "Are there scholarships available for Desiderata?"
A: "Yes! There are a limited number of partial scholarships available to assist students with financial need. Most scholarships cover some percentage of the 'Sponsor Fees' (which represent the preponderance of the monthly cost). If you would like to be considered for a financial need scholarship, please notify the enrollment counselor in order to receive an application."
We work with a 501c-3 to provide scholarships. If you are looking for a means of supporitng education, please contact us about donating to the scholarship account.
Q: "Is Desiderata School accredited? Will my son or daughter be able to go to college after graduating from Desiderata?"
A: "Absolutely! Desiderata is accredited by the National Commission on Exceptional Schools, and has been since the mid 1990's. The school is certified by the Colorado State Board of Education, and graduates of our programs have successfully attended colleges and universities across the nation."
